Returns & Refund Policy:

At iVape, we are dedicated to providing you with the best possible shopping experience. That's why we offer a 30-day policy for returns, as long as the products are unused and unopened in their original packaging.

Our policy only applies in the case of a faulty product or if the item sent is incorrect (not what was ordered).

Please note that due to sanitary and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products such as e-liquids, atomizers, disposable vapes, etc.

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team on returns@ivapestore.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund.
  2. Our customer service team will assist you in verifying the issue with the product and provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
  3. If the return is approved, we will issue a return label for you to send the product back to us. Please note you will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs for returns.
  4. Once we receive the product and confirm that it is unused and in its original packaging, we will process your refund or exchange the product.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns are subject to inspection, and we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product does not meet our standards.
