Eligibility

  • The iVape Store Loyalty Program is available to all customers who create an account on our website, www.ivapestore.co.uk.
  • Participants must be at least 18 years old to join the program.

Loyalty Card

  • Upon creating an account, customers will receive a unique loyalty card number.
  • The loyalty card can be used to track purchases and eligibility for tier upgrades.
  • Customers can access their loyalty card details in their account profile.

Tier Upgrades

  • Customers start at the Bronze tier when they join the loyalty program.
  • The loyalty card will be automatically upgraded to the next tier once the following criteria are met:

100 online purchases

The tier upgrades are based on the total number of online purchases made by the customer.

Discount Benefits:

  • Each tier offers a specific discount percentage on eligible purchases:
  • - Bronze Tier: 5% discount
  • - Silver Tier: 8% discount
  • - Gold Tier: 10% discount
  • - Platinum Tier: 15% discount
  • The discounts apply to all purchases made online at www.ivapestore.co.uk.
  • Customers can also avail the same discount in-store by presenting their loyalty card number at the time of purchase.

Online and In-Store Purchases

  • The loyalty program discounts are applicable to both online and in-store purchases.
  • To avail the discount in-store, customers must present their loyalty card number during checkout.
  • Please note that in-store purchases will not count towards the total number of online purchases required for tier upgrades.

Changes and Termination:

  • iVape Store reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time, with or without notice.
  • Any changes to the program will be communicated through our website or via email.

Account Responsibility:

  • Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their loyalty card number and account login details.
  • Any unauthorised use or access to the loyalty card or account should be reported immediately to iVape Store.

General Terms:

  • The loyalty program discounts cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts, unless otherwise specified.
  • Discounts are applicable to eligible purchases only and do not apply to shipping costs, taxes, or other fees.
  • The loyalty program discounts are non-transferable and have no cash value.

By participating in the iVape Store Loyalty Program, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. iVape Store reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically for any updates or changes.
