"I had a terribly disappointing experience with iVape. I ordered four different vape flavors from their website, eagerly anticipating their arrival. However, when the package finally arrived, I was dismayed to find that they had completely botched my order. Instead of receiving the flavors I carefully selected, I was sent two completely different flavors that I had no interest in trying.
Naturally, I reached out to iVape immediately to address the mistake and request a return or exchange. However, despite my repeated attempts to contact them through email and social media, I received absolutely no response. It s beyond frustrating to be ignored like this, especially when I ve spent my hard-earned money on their products.
Not only did iVape fail to fulfill my order correctly, but their complete lack of customer service is utterly unacceptable. It s incredibly unprofessional to ignore customer inquiries, especially when they re trying to resolve an issue caused by the company s mist"
